After approval of your B2B account you can place an order. The minimum order value is €100.
At HappyBear Diapers we think it is important that our orders are delivered in a sustainable way. That is why we ship our packages via PostNL, DHL and DPD.

Pick-up

You can also pick up your order at our warehouse in Enschede. We will contact you after placing your order.

Delivery times the Netherlands

The delivery time in the Netherlands is generally within 1-2 working days . Our orders are also delivered on Saturdays. 

Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a shipment is delayed due to busyness at the courier. You can track the shipping status via the track & trace you receive.

Delivery times abroad

The delivery time for Belgium and Germany is normally within 1-2 working days, for certain areas in Wallonia (Belgium) it can be 2 to 3 day delivery.

If an order is shipped abroad, the delivery times depend on the destination. From the moment the order is shipped, it can take 2 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. For countries outside Europe, the delivery time may be longer due to customs delays during the import of your package.

The Netherlands / Belgium / Germany

We ship our orders within the Netherlands for free from €300. For orders under €300 we charge a contribution to the shipping costs of €5.99 per order.

EU1 – countries (Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Sweden)
The shipping costs for countries under the EU1 zone are €8.99. These are the following countries: Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden.
We ship your order for free from €500.

Other EU countries and rest of the world
The shipping costs for countries that fall under the EU2 zone are €21.99. HappyBear Diapers ship worldwide! Do you live outside Europe? Then that’s no problem. The shipping costs are then €29.99.
